For many reasons I have decided to start blogging. I would like to think of this as a online diary. My hope is for this to help me remember and keep memories as I am going through an exciting time in my life. As well as hopefully meet many new friends who will also be sharing exciting fun times in their lives.
I have dated the love of my life for a little over 5 years now. He just graduated in May and hasn't been able to get a teaching position yet. He started substitute teaching in August and was offer a "long term" sub position for someone who went on maternity leave.
I was originally going to be doing my student teaching next semester and graduating this May however for many reasons I have recently decided to pick up a minor which will take me an extra semester to complete the program.
After a long and complicated situation we have just moved in together. We have always said we wanted to wait to live together until after we were married but that didn't happen and we are okay with that. Over the last couple of weeks we have really turned a house into a home that we both love.
Mr. Love and I are getting married next summer. Since we have been dating for so long and now live together we obviously talk about it and have decided that next summer we will tie the knot! I'm not officially engaged yet but I know it is coming. I hate to think about it because I don't want to ruin the surprise but I just can't help it! I would guess that within the next month or so I will be sporting a new piece of bling bling.
Hey Brittany!! Don't worry, the Mr. and I weren't officially engaged yet when I started becoming obsessed with wedding planning, etc. There is nothing wrong with that! Can't wait until you get your bling bling!
